Through my work as a Social Media Manager, I infuse my love of yoga with my passion for design, copywriting, and content creation. Working intentionally with conscious businesses in the health & wellness realm, my objective is to raise their voice in the online space. I am motivated to leverage the potential of social media to amplify powerful and important messages, connect my clients with their chosen audiences, and support them in creating a meaningful impact which positively benefits our planet.

Nowadays yoga is as much for my mind as it is for my body. Much more than just a physical practice, yoga is a lifestyle; an incredibly powerful tool to ease stress and anxiety, bring me back to the present moment and live more consciously, connected and aware. I believe that a mindful yoga practice allows us to fully experience the joy and peace of life. My passion is to share my devotion to this life changing discipline with those who I cross paths with.

…A nomadic Social Media Manager, Yoga Teacher, and fellow human Being. I’m originally from England, but for the past six years I have been travelling and working remotely around the world. Upon moving from London to Spain in 2015, the seed of curiosity for yoga and holistic health began to manifest. I felt a pull, and so I packed up my bags and travelled to the birthplace of yoga- Rishikesh, India- to dive deeper into the world of yoga.

Prior to this point, I practiced only yoga asana (postures) as a form of exercise and in order to improve my flexibility, which often led to injuries as I pushed my body beyond its limitations. Coming from a background in performing, where competing is deemed the norm, I hadn't ever considered yoga as a form of therapy; a way to heal myself and those around me.
