my teaching style
Yoga around the world...
I love to take my yoga practice with me around this planet, where I am greeted with the magical opportunity to meet inspiring people and soak up transformational experiences. Currently I can be found a portion of the year teaching in-person in Tarifa, Spain, and I spend the other half of the year on the road, throughout Europe in my van or further afield. I am open to travelling for certain teaching opportunities.
I completed my 200hour YTTC at the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Centre in the birthplace of yoga; Rishikesh, India. I furthered my studies with Full Circle Yoga School and their in-depth 300hour YTTC. I have also studied the beautiful practice of Yin with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts, and transformational Yoga Nidra with ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts. I have lead classes and workshops in England, Spain, Argentina, Greece, South Korea, and in Uruguay, where I also worked as Program Manager at The Shack Yoga & Wellness in José Ignacio. I teach in both English, my native language, and Spanish.

I am a 590-hour Trained Yoga Teacher, specialising in the yoga styles of Vinyasa, Yin, & Hatha, as well as Meditation and Yoga Nidra. In my Vinyasa classes we explore the balance between dynamic flow, to ignite the internal fire, and slower, graceful movement, to find softness. Each class incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and mantra, with a strong emphasis on the synergy of breath and body. With a background in dance, I love to create playful sequences that transition creatively from one pose into the other, allowing us to move with fluidity and expression.
I am passionate about sharing a safe space for my students that is free from judgement, comparison and expectation. In my classes I hope you will find the tools you need to practice yoga with joy, love and gratitude, both on and off the mat. I look forward to welcoming you into class, either in the physical space or virtually, very soon!
